3. Can I place a custom order on Wigyy?
Yes, you can place a custom order on Wigyy, please check the instructions below on how to make a custom order.
You can check our website for the item you would like to purchase, to find the perfect base size or construction base you like. If you cannot find any, please save some pictures for reference.
Send your requests for color, length, density, base size or item SKU, cap construction, and any photos if you want a custom color to service@wigyy.com, and we will provide a quote for you.
4. When will I receive my items after I place an order?
The duration depends on the production time and the destination country. Most of our products have a production time which has been stated on the shipping info page, please pay attention to it when you place your order.
For our express shipping, If the package cannot be delivered on time due to war, flood, typhoon, storm, earthquake, severe weather conditions, or any other situation which cannot be foreseen or avoided, the delay will be beyond our control.
5. Can I bleach and dye the hair products by myself?
Yes, human hair products are dyeable. You can dye the hair to a darker color. White, Platinum Blonde, and light grey hair are the best colors to use if you want to dye to a darker color. Wash the wig to remove any styling products and then let it dry for a few days before beginning to dye it.
If you want to bleach our human hair products at home, be warned that you can only bleach our Natural Black color. All other colors we have cannot be bleached. This is something wigs have in common with human hair, it damages the wig if hair bleach is applied to it just as it damages regular hair.
Synthetic hair products cannot be dyed with regular hair dye. We strongly do not recommend you dye a synthetic hair product since it may cause irreparable damage.
